The media has gained great importance due to its influence on hearts
and minds - a battle to which the enemies of Allah have devoted large
parts of their criminal colonialist military mentality to serve their
interests at the expense of the will of the Islamic people around the
world. Since they failed to defeat the Mujahidiin militarily, they
heaped their hatred and anger onto the jihadist media which made them
worry and exposed their failure and defeat before the persecuted
Mujahidiin around the world in all means and ways.

I envisioned the idea of forming a Jihadist News Agency presenting the
daily jihadist news from all the areas of conflict with the enemies of
Islamic and the Ummah and the Mujahidiin. A news agency to carry the
news and correct information about the Mujahidin nd their various
military activities in order to block the way of the lying media
sources, especially the puppet news agencies which carry 10% of the
jihadist news, 90% of which is fabricated and incorrect and intended to
confuse the picture of the jihad and the Mujahidiin. These numbers are
just the ideal for we all know that these news agencies only show thins
that serve their purpose connected to the international intelligence
agencies who do not want to show the real picture of the Mujahidiin in
front of the world. And so they are working to confuse the picture and
destroy it through these international news agencies.

In this manner, the picture of the Mujahidiin and their jihadist works
arrive on television screens filled with deadly poison, which leads to
the remaining of the same negative image that the enemies of Allah drew
and are still drawing in the media and the international news agencies.

My suggestion is directed towards our Lions in the jihadist media, and
the Fajr Media Center and the Global Islamic Front at the head of them,
so that they can see the possibility of realizing this dream. And if it
is realized, then it will strike a blow to the efforts of the enemies
of the jihad and the Mujahidiin and will open the door wide for the
development of the jihadist media, and begin a new phase of combating
the crusader media and puppets wherever they are.

bidhanallah this wil be a grand opening for the jihadist media, and it
will gain the lettered professions and media expertise necessary for it
to reach the stage of launching the first jihadist media channel in the
near future - may Allah make it strong The through of creating a
jihadist media agency will not cancel the role of the well known
jhadist media establishments like as-Sahab and Furqan and Mulahim and
other jihadst media establishments, instead it will ad to their
effectiveness and to the impact of all the jihadist videos and audios
and readings and various other publications. For the importance of this
media thing - as the brothers specializing in the media field well
know- requires building a strong executive administrative and field
media structures which can control the media environment that is
hostile to Mujahidiin in the world and break the control and dominance
of the international news agencies over the world and open the door
widely for those who seek the truth and allow them to obtain the news
and the true and credible information known to the jihadist media, far
from the counterfeiting and truth distorting and falsehoods practiced
by the world news agencies and the television channels and the
newspapers.

And so this idea or suggestion requires coordination between all the
jihadist fronts especially their media jihad branches to find common
ground to carry and broadcast everything related to news of the
Mujahidiin. And I wold like to repeat that this suggestion does not
mean cancelling the role of the media establishments. f course you say
How?

But before I go into detail of the 23 principles of making a jihadist
news agency, I intend that these articles are just the first thoughts
to clarify how to make the agency and distinguish it from other sorts
of establishments so there will be no fighting in the works of the
different media establishments and block the road to any interference
in the jihadist media plan on the hot fronts around the world.

These principles are subject to change by whoever follows these
suggestions. He has the right to add to them or abbreviate them or
change them or erase them according to what he feels is possible or
appropriate fr him and his capabilities. The following are the 23

1. The jjihadist news agency will specialize in showing events
that are hot and important and urgent in the jihadist areas, like the
daily military news and various jihadist affaris and Islamic issues
that concern the Ummah.

2. The formation of a media coalition with all the jihadist
media establishments on different jihadist fronts to coordinate amongst
themselves and provide the news agency with the most important news of
the Mujahidiin as far as jihadist operations. A group of the jihadist
news would be nominated as the most important addresses for each
jihadist front, like Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia and the Islamic Maghreb
and other fronts with an eye on security and bits of news from all the
fronts. All the news would be checked and evaluated to some extent and
would be subject to a determination of what is valid or not valid to
broadcast or distribute in order to protect the secrets and the
strategies of the Mujahidiin.

3. The jihadist news would be controlled by means of
coordination with military officials and media officials in all the
fronts so that the agency can have the first media and press
permissions for jihadist news to protect it from confusion and
counterfeiting and falsification by other international media agencies.
This also will not cancel communications with the international media
organizations and channels but it will make a time gap for transmitting
the news in the interests of the jihadist news agency before others.
After that comes the role of the other news agencies and channels. This
will be subject to the evaluation of the media brothers who are
individually responsible for the agency.

4. Finding correspondents for the jihadist news agency, who will
work within the jihadist media establishments and who will be charged
with providing the news agency with jihadist news in coordination with
the jihadist media establishments to broadcast and transmit and
distribute trusted jihadist news and information. Each of these workers
for the jihadist news agency would be considered a correspondent in
that country or area of the world.

5. Finding a wide network of field correspondents for the agency
to surround and control the jihadist news, and this is also in
coordination with the field commanders and the media establishment
belonging to each organization and group and movement in order to
evaluate the news and information and subject it to a determination of
its validity or non validity for broadcast and distribution and
transmission while protecting the secrecy of the work of the Mujahidiin.


6. The complete independence of the work method creating a new
model for jihadist media in order to help with teh development of new
and innovative jihadist media materials with a view to their roles as a
media establishment belonging to the Mujahidiin. They will serve their
goals without any damage to them in any form. Professional media
independence preserving the interests of the jihad.
