If
a wound (and killing) has touched you, be sure a similar wound (and
killing) has touched the others (unbelieving people). And so are the
days (good and not so good), We give to men by turns, that Allah may
test those who believe, and that He may take martyrs from among you.
And Allah likes not the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers) [Aal-e-Imran: 140][/center]

Maulana Wali-ur-Rahman (may Allah protect him)'s [Emir
Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, Mehsud's gathering] message to the Muslim
Ummah on the martyrdom of Emir Baitullah Mehsud (may Allah have Mercy
on him),
Allah, Lord of Glory, says:
[center] And say not of those who are killed in the Way of Allah, "They are dead." Nay, they are living, but you perceive (it) not.
[Al-Baqarah: 154]
And on another place, Allah says:
[center][center] And
don't be weak in the pursuit of the enemy; if you are suffering
(hardships) then surely, they (too) are suffering (hardships) as you
are suffering, but you have a hope from Allah (for the reward, i.e.
Paradise) that for which they hope not; and Allah is Ever All-Knowing,
All-Wise.
[An-Nisa: 104]

We would like to give our felicitations to the Muslim Ummah and also
present our condolences that Allah has elevated our exalted leader and
Emir Baitullah Mehsud (may Allah have Mercy on him) with martyrdom.
The honorable Emir's entire life was spent in search for this martyrdom
but we could foresee that he would give up his life on bed due to his
illness, and his desire for martyrdom wouldn't be fulfilled, but all
Praises belong to Allah who concluded his life by adorning it with
martyrdom. May Allah accept his martyrdom. We found the honorable Emir
with a candid character and love for Jihad
fesabilillah.
The most evident proof of this is that despite being severely ill for a
long period of time, he was involved in the accomplishment of Jihad's
obligations and upheld his leadership of the Mujahideen. And until the
last day of his life, he did not disengage from the affairs of Jihad.
May Allah elevate his ranks.
It is from the Grace and Kindness of Allah that we understand that
Jihad's dependence does not relies upon any person, regardless of his
value and importance. Therefore because of a person's birth or death,
Jihad's pace and future is unaffected. Allah addresses the
Ashaab-e-Nabiyyat Ridwaan Ullahi Ta'alaa Alayhim Ajma'aeen and Himself
says about the Messenger of Allah:
[center] Muhammad
(صلى الله عليه وسلم) is no more than a Messenger, and indeed (many)
Messengers have passed away before him. If he dies or is killed, will
you then turn back on your heels (as disbelievers)? And he who turns
back on his heels, not the least harm will he do to Allah; and Allah
will give reward to those who are grateful.

Therefore, with Allah's
Tawfeeq,
we will remain firm on this path; the path on which honorable Emir
Baitullah (may Allah have Mercy on him) was unwavering until the last
breath of his life: meaning the adoption of the pathway of Jihad,
patience, and steadfastness in order to uphold the Word of Allah.
Here we assure the Muslim Ummah and especially the people in Pakistan
that Jihad and the Mujahideen, Alhamdulillah, are in their best
conditions and with Allah's
Tawfeeq,
they are more sturdy in unity and strength in Jihad's pathway than
before. The lessons of unity and overseeing that our honorable Emir
(may Allah have Mercy on him) taught during his lifetime have never
been forgotten by us.
Our enemies are dispersing news about the dissensions of Mujahideen,
which are nothing but deceit and deception. Why would we indulge in
discrepancy when we see that our enemies - especially America and its
murtad helpers - are unitedly fighting against us, and while the
American spy planes and Pakistani airplanes ascend from Pakistani
airfields murdering our children and women, and destroying our
masaajid, bazaars, and houses?
Allah says:
[center] [center] And
those who disbelieve are allies of one another, (and) if you (Muslims
of the whole world collectively) do not do so [i.e. become allies, as
one united block under one Khalifah (a chief Muslim ruler for the whole
Muslim world) to make victorious Allah's religion of Islamic
Monotheism], there will be Fitnah (wars, battles, polytheism) and
oppression on the earth, and a great mischief and corruption
(appearance of polytheism).

In the end, we would like to give the message to Pakistan's apostate
government and Americans that Insha'Allah, as a response to the
martyrdom of our honorable Emir Baitullah (May Allah have Mercy on
him), the vengeance will be far greater than your regular expectations.
Hence, await our reply.
Allah has said:

to fight (against disbelievers) is given to those (believers) who are
fought against, because they have been wronged; and surely, Allah is
Able to give them (believers) victory -
