I seek refuge in Allah from Shaytaan, the outcast.



Shaykh Mustafa Abu al-Yazid (may Allah protect him)'s words of
condolences on the martyrdom of Emir Baitullah Mehsud (may Allah have
Mercy on him),



We condole with the Muslim Ummah on the martyrdom of its valiant and
incomparable leader, Baitullah Mehsud, and with that we also
congratulate them that Allah exalted him with the best accomplishment -
meaning martyrdom for His sake. Indeed this lofty leader of the Ummah
was among those who have fulfilled their covenant with Allah.

Among the believers are those who made and accomplished their covenants
with Allah. Of them, some completed their covenants - meaning they
achieved martyrdom - and some are still waiting but they never changed
their pacts. Especially with the people of Pakistan and Afghanistan,
with the Muslims in the caravans, and most importantly with the caravan
of Mehsud, we express our sympathy on their brave and courageous Emir
and leader - Baitullah Mehsud (may Allah have Mercy on him) and also
send our felicitations towards them. May Allah accept his martyrdom and
grant him a place in Jannahtul Firdaws.

'Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un' [2:156]Surely we belong to Allah and to Him shall we return.

O Allah, remunerate us for ouradversities and favor us with a better
substitute. Whatever Allah took, it was His possession and whatever He
grants belongs to Him. Everything has a time limit set by Him. We
should have patience and should keep trust on Allah. The life of
honorable Emir Martyr Baitullah Mehsud began as he sought for the
knowledge of Sharee'at-e-Mutahirah. On one stage he gained its pure
'ilm, but since during the formation of Islamic Emirate of
Afghanistan's establishment, it needed courageous men for its firmness
and strength and to fight against its irresolute enemies in Northern
Afghanistan and as a result, on a very early age, he joined those
Mujahideen-e-Taliban who fought under the leadership of
Emir-al-Mu'mineen Mullah Muhammad Omar (may Allah protect him). Emir
Baitullah Mehsud was a model of boldness and unyielding as a leader,
who not only prepared the fighters of his caravan against the enemies
of the Deen in Pakistan and Afghanistan, and made arrangements to train
them, but also possessed the desire and determination to attack the kuffar inside their own houses and territories. I myself witnessed him saying, "My desire is to advance at America's heart and strike it, and to destroy Americans' pride and self conceit."

Allah has favored victory in the Jihad of Mehsud's caravan and granted
practical participation to its esteemed fighters. Where one time
ignorance, rebellion, and theft prevailed: now there lies an exemplary
peace by Allah's Grace, the region is illuminated by the luminosity of
Sharee'ah's rays, transformed into an established shelter for the
Mujahideen, and is a fulcrum for Muslim Ummah's hopes. Included in this
important transformation is the struggle and the bright blood of the
pure Mujahideen and their Emir Baitullah Mehsud (may Allah have Mercy
on him). One the favors Allah has bestowed on this caravan is it that
the martyrs are among these people. Sacrificing their lives in Allah's
Path is a beloved demand of the caravan's members. This is from the
Grace of Allah. And after that it is the result of their esteemed
leader Baitullah Mehsud (may Allah have Mercy on him)'s training and
bravery, his pure character, and his elevated nature.

Martyr Emir Baitullah (may Allah have Mercy on him) was a bearer of
utmost esteem, self-restraint and patience. An expert at sayings and a
keeper of promises. In particular, he and his caravan, who displayed
patience to every guest, allowed Muhaajir Mujahideen to join, aided
with help and victory, and gave them the rights of hospitality.
Previously, the caravans in Wana and Shagai used to accommodate the
Muhaajir Mujahideen, and as a result they faced the firings of
Pakistani apostate army. When the operation after another and the
bombings forced these Muhaajireen to leave Wana and Shagai, then
Mehsud's caravan rejected the pressures and proclaimed marhaba to the Mujahideen and opened their houses' doors for them.

After a short time, on the orders of America, Pakistani apostate army
began their criminal operations against Mehsud's caravan because of
their hospitality. The beginning of this operation was marked by a
bombardment on Mehsud Mujahideen's training center which resulted in
the martyrdom of approximately 50 Mujahideen in the caravan, may Allah
cover them with His Mercy.

Then when the Pakistani army was defeated and had to flee from Mehsud's
caravan, the relations of Emir Baitullah Mehsud (may Allah have Mercy
on him) with his people, and the Muhaajir Mujahideen were greatly
reinforced. With the Grace and Mercy from Allah, the sincere and
friendly relationships between the Muhaajir Mujahideen were born that
Alhamdulillah, their thoughts and habits, manhaj and souls merged into one.

We give glad tidings to the Muslim Ummah that even though we have lost one of our lofty men, but with Allah's Hukm,
thousands of men from his caravan, carrying their graves on their
heads, are longing to disgrace the American criminals and their murtad
Pakistani helpers. O America, listen to the tidings of your fate.
Martyr Baitullah has instilled such a plant of Jihad in his caravan
that uprooting it is only your illusion. Emir Baitullah (may Allah have
Mercy on him), not only in tribal areas but in entire Pakistan, was an
enforcer of Mujahideen's integrity. We are witness to the fact that he
exerted many efforts for this and gave ideal sacrifices. Allah brought
good fortunes in his efforts and many Mujahideen gathered under the
banner of Tehreek-e-Taliban and in the name ofShura
Ittihad-ul-Mujahideen in Waziristan, powerful unity emerged between the
ministers, Mujahideen, and Mehsud. And among his virtues is that during
warfare, under constant bombing of the Pakistani aircrafts and American
spy planes, just before he was bombarded two days later, he made a long
journey to visit Shura Ittihad-ul-Mujahideen despite severe illness.

We supplicate to Allah, that may He accept his efforts and make his
life a role model for the other Mujahideen to follow. After our
condolences and congratulations to the Muslim Ummah and especially
Mehsud's caravan, we address the American criminals and their helpers -
Pakistani murtaddeen - that we will never forget the blood of this
reputable son. And with Allah's Help and Hukm, we will avenge in every condition. And Allah is Over-Powering over His Decisions, but often people don't realize this.
