The death of the heart, the lack of reaction to the Shar’i texts, that your face doesn’t become red for the sake of Allah…that’s it. Your heart is dead. It no longer pumps blood. In fact, this has now become something shameful. It has now become blameworthy for one to have zeal and to react strongly when he sees some corruption or evil in front of him. This is now considered a deficiency of the many deficiencies that can exist in one’s character. People will say that you are a poor guy who is quick to get charged up, or that you are passionate, or that you are zealous, or that you are rash, or that you are a fundamentalist, etc. Yes! It is now something blameworthy!

…Yes, and this is why we now use these terms without realizing what we’re saying. This person is too simple-minded, this person is too passionate, that person is a fanatic, easily charged up, zealous, etc. And is this religion given victory by mere reason, or is it given victory by zeal and passion? Reason tells you: how can you stand against Russia? you are right it is a very common experience

how many people we find blaming brothers and sisters saying that they are too zealous and rash.... and sadly it some time comes from the ones you love the most....
and you feel so sad ...
may Allah guide us all

We truly have become strangers at our own houses comunities coleges work places.
We seem to be starting from an A everytime. We have to explain even our loved ones why do we have to be zealous!!!!

Being zealous is of course very important, but as the youth of Islam and its future, we have to ensure that our zealousness is channeled in the right action which will give Islam victory and help it get established in the world.

We should not be just talk, nor should we be loud mouthed, but instead, we should strive to hide our deeds, put our heads down, and do what is required by Allah of us. May Allah give us all tawfeeq and fulfill our desire to bring victory to this deen and Ummah, wallahu ta'ala a'alam.

indeed you are right bro Muwahid,
and i am jsut speaking of those who dont understand the importance of doing smth.... of feeling smth even....
they go to the extent of stopping others from even having feelings for the ummah..... stopping them from any act that might make a difference or that might make them feel they have done smth for the ummah....and that destroys the will power of many brothers/sisters.... specailly when it comes from some one close
