A brother, who was at the hearing of Sister Aafia Siddiqui (may Allah hasten her release and keep her safe), wrote this on the IslamicAwakening forum:

"Please post your messages of support for our sister Aafia Siddiqui here, and when there are enough of them, I will make a printout and give them to her lawyer to pass on to her.

In case you don't want your name to be seen by anyone for some reason, I will be copying and pasting all the messages onto a Word file so as to show nothing more than the actual message (unless you want to sign your name at the bottom of yours).

You have no idea what this woman is going through! Please make this a long, comforting thread!"

I beg the brothers and sisters to write their letters of support for the sister either directly on the IslamicAwakening forum or here (which I will then paste there inshallah). Please scroll down and look for the Jummah flier. I wrote it so people would be able to distribute it in their local Masajid. It is sad to see that this is the most we can do for our sister and are reduced to sending letters of support. Allah's Refuge is sought.
